Speaking engagements create learning opportunities for your organization, non-profit or association by giving members the chance to engage with an important topic. This is an opportunity to offer your group a new way to connect and converse about subjects of interest in a meaningful way. Engagements are set up to be interactive, engaging and collaborative so be ready to have fun and put your thinking cap on!

Speaking engagements are usually 1 hour in length and can be done both in person and online using Zoom.

Some common topics include:

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story and develop that idea makes all the difference. Through this engagement, you will walk away with actionable next steps to gro your idea and with more clarity about how to share your idea using powerful storytelling.

  • We have all heard about classic sales strategies and marketing techniques, but you are probably wondering where to start. You are an entrepreneur, a business owner, a career professional and you need to sell yourself and what you have to offer. During this engagement, we walk through how you sell yourself and market your services in ways that do not feel pushy, salesy, or inauthentic.

  • Are you noticing a pattern of getting in your own way? You are seeing a pattern of things such as doubt, fear, or imposter syndrome creeping into your days over and over and standing in the way of you moving your dreams and goals forward. During this engagement, we walk through strategies, and tactics for engaging with yourself so that you can become your biggest cheerleader, rather than your worst enemy!

  • It begins with the new day of a new year. You set yourself up for this amazing year ahead, you planned your goals, you organized your space and you are off! One month in you lost the incredible rhythm you set out for yourself and you are having trouble finding motivation and momentum again. Sound familiar? Through this engagement, you will walk through a habit formation process using a real example from your life so you can grow new and everlasting habits and motivation.

  • Have you ever experienced that voice of doubt telling you that you cannot achieve your goal and/or that you are not capable of doing something? If you are familiar with getting in your own way and feeling stuck each time you try and take a step forward, this presentation is for you. We will walk through what imposter syndrome and doubt are and common ways these are experienced, share and hear stories of imposter syndrome and discuss strategies for minimizing imposter syndrome in your life.

If a topic you are interested in is not listed here please reach out to discuss your request.

Brenda Benham — Presentation Trainer and Coach at Memorable Presenters

“Isabelle did a fabulous presentation for the Professional Women's Group (PWG) Alumnae of Dress for Success. I am the volunteer facilitator of that group. Her presentation was called "Am I an Imposter". I loved how she started with her own story of feeling like an imposter and invited the women in this group to think about their own experiences, share with each other in pairs, and with the group. She shared a lot of information about imposter syndrome in a way that was easy to take in.”

"I also loved how at the end she asked us to imagine if we could experience imposter syndrome and not let those voices be stronger than our voices of courage, strong self-esteem, and confidence. If you host a group that could benefit from a wonderful, engaging presentation on Imposter Syndrome, I would encourage you to reach out to Isabelle."
